Hi
I faced this issue , and solved by these steps :
Opening Purchasing Forms Causes APP-PO-14142 : get_doc_type_info-10 : ORA-01422 Error [ID 1314304.1]

This Issue will be resolved by applying the following steps in test instance (a DBA privileges will be needed to run the

following from sqlplus):

/as sysdba

Revoke EXEMPT ACCESS POLICY from APPS;

Thereafter run this query (login as apps) -
apps :

SELECT count(*) FROM po_document_types;

Your issue would be resolved if this returns zero records.

Hi

We are facing APP-PO-14142: get_document_status-010: ORA-01403 while try to open PO.
Our version: 11.5.10.2

Is anyone facing this problem also?
Appreciate any update.
