Hi,

I am using Oracle 10gr2 and OFS 3.3.3 for our failsafe setup. I had verify a stand-alone database successfully but when I try to add to the group (DB-GROUP), I am experiencing the following errors (please see attachment).

I will greatly appreciate if you can point me to right references in solving this issue. A quick guide is also very helpful.
