hi

in the service contracts user guide the life cycle of the service contracts is given in detail. The life cycle of the contract is nothing but the process flow of service contracts.

am new to service contracts.what are all the masters involved in this?? I need answers to questions like,
why we need masters?
what is the purpose of masters?
And about transaction full flow and how it is conencted to other modules..

pls help me out in this!
