Guys,
If I've a listener.ora file at the client side,Would it be possible that Oracle listener(at the server end)
makes use of this listener.ora at the client end?

Generally speaking, listener.ora at client side doesn't have any sense for database. To be sure, You can delete listener.ora from client part(copy the to other place).
