lost standby controlfile [message #169560]

using Oracle9i

i have lost my standby controlfile. i dont have a copy or backup of same either.

neither is it there in trace file.

is there anyway i can get back my standby database.

If you have lost your standby controlfile, you should be able to create a new controlfile from the primary and use this to startup mount your standby database

do you have only 1 controlfile?
you have to create another standby controlfile then copy the archivelogs here and recover it.
