I am a fresher. can i get a job as oracle developer? How do they conduct interview?

Yes you can get a job as a developer.
They will conduct an interview by having you sit in a seat and they will ask you questions, or they may call you on the phone and ask the very same set of questions.

This had nothing to do with forms: moved.
But yes you can, provided your employer is willing to invest in you. Do you have any background knowledge of Oracle? I know one thing: a lot of your posts contain questions that have been asked here before or that are covered by the Oracle manuals. If you want to become a true programmer you have got to know your resources and be prepared to perform some research on your own.
