I have searched on Google but found nothing on the WSGL packages and their procedures, functions and attributes. I have a great site ref for the .htp and .htf packages: http://docs.jcu.edu.au/appserver_904_doc/web.904/b12098/toc.htm

In Toad I can at least see what is available(WSGL.), but was wondering is there any api documentation on the WSGL packages.

Have you considered HTMLDB (Oracle Application Express) as a more up to date alternative? asktom.oracle.com and metalink.oracle.com are built using it.
