What is meant by USER %%CPU in this 'grep -v \"USER %%CPU\"' statemen [message #157592]

Hi,
What is the meaning of 'grep -v \"USER %%CPU\"' this statement. I know 'grep -v' is exclude this from contents. But I am not sure what is 'USER %%CPU'?

The intent is to filter and discard any line that contains the string "USER %CPU".
