I m currently using Oracle9i & Oracle10g 10.10.4 on XP pro OS.
Oracle 9 as server.
I've been using oracle for months and months, it was fine. The problem started when i decided to start oracle services manually because i hv mssqlserver as well in the same pc.. It works for a day or two, and then it refused to connect application to the database anymore (connection through sql*plus is ok though).
After i reinstall, and reimport dmp into the new database, it worked fine for a day. The next day it gives me the error "TNS-12541: No TNS Listener". The configuration in oracle 9 were all gone but still exist in oracle 10g.
Can some1 help me? Tq
