Hello- Silly question...
After installing 9i personal for Win 98, and trying to launch sql plus, I type in login: system, password: manager, and leave host blank (since oracle is not remotely accessed.

Then, the screen clears, and then a message box appears that says Oracle 9i Startup, and then I am prompted for a password. What password?

I know I am missing something fundamental here- can anyone help?

Try entering ORACLE as password
