i am trying to use external tables in ETL. The external table is linked correctly to a flat file and all the locations are set correctly, but when trying to view the data in the external table using sql plus, toad, or enterprise manager a problem appears and no data is found.
the error is :

ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEECTTTABLEOPEN callout
