Hi,
I want to use Raw-Devide in RAC,
Could you Say To me That How Can We see and work with Oracle Database Files when thay are in "unformated and without letter partitions(logic part.)" in Raw-Devide ?
when Oracle begin to Format them?

Not sure I understand the question. When using RAW devices, you specify the OS device/ volume name to Oracle. For example:

ALTER TABLESPACE ADD DATAFILE '/dev/vx/rdsk/DG01/orcl_system_01' SIZE ...;


Oracle will format the file while adding it.

For RAC to work, these devices/ volumes must be visible from all nodes of the cluster.
