If anyone canm help me out.

I am having Oracle 9i Server installed on Windows 2003 Server and configured to listen on IP 1 (Private IP). This IP is of the Local LAN card which is Netted to the IP 2 (Public IP) of the VSAT. I have configured the Oracle Server using Net 8 Manager and made the Oracle Service to listen to both the Addresses.

Now, when I am trying to configure Net 8 Names to connect to the Oracle Server from the Oracle Client with the IP 2, it is giving me the Error : No Listener.

However, I have tried using TNSPING utility from the Client to find out whether the Listener at the Server end is running or not, and it is stating that the Listener is runing okay.

Can anyone help me in configuring the same.

Ashish
