The steps TO REGISTER A FORM IN ORACLE APPLICATIONS:
- open de Applimations Developer Guide
(http://download-uk.oracle.com/docs/cd/B11454_01/11.5.9/acrobat/115devg.pdf)
- go to chapter 11 "Menus and Function Security"
- scroll to page 21 of that chapter
- have fun reading...
