Installing 9.2.0.6 on Soalris5.8 [message #134038]

Hi,
Issue is right now we are having database in oracle8.1.7.4, we want to upgrade it to 9.2.0.6.
First i have to install 9.2 (through a DVD), then i have to upgrade the old database(8.1) to new(9.2).
Could u give me step by step procedure on this issue, right from begining i.e,from Installing and then Upgrading.

What is the "issue" here?

The documentation should give you a start.
Guide to install oracle 9i on sun solaris

Read the docs.
Identify the method you want to use.
