Hello to every ones

Plz someone give me the information from where i can get the software of oracle e-business suite(HR module).

If from ORACLE STORE then plzz tell me how i get from there.
Steps to get this software.....

AND also plz suggest me that from where i get the forums on API's to know that wht the API'S,
And plz rememberi dnnt have any account on METALINK.....

go to the following link to get E-Business suit for HRMS
select the documentation link for HRMS to get the installation steps.
