Suppose we have two db. One Oracle Apps DB and other is Custom DB

The database link is there from Oracle Apps DB to Custom DB

Is it possible to create a view in Custom DB from Oracle Apps using Oracle PO_Vendor and site tables.

1. Create a DB link in Custom DB pointing to the Apps DB, Connecting to PO user.
2. Using this DB link, create view on Oracle PO_Vendor and site tables,
create or replace view as select...... from PO_Vendor@ORACLE_APPS_DB_LINK where ....
