Technical Responsibility includes:
- Must have 2 or more years of Oracle HRMS/Payroll experience.
- Must have experience with HRMS data conversion using APIs from legacy systems. Datapump experience is a plus.
- Must have good understanding of Oracle HRMS /Payroll/OAB/SSHR Tables.
- Must have experience in writing Interfaces and conversions
- Expert in Fast Formula
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
