Using Designer 6i.
In Design Editor, trying to create a Child Folder. When trying to save I get the following error messages.

RME-00020: Internal API Error - User Defined Exception
CDR-02501: is not a repository user.
RME-00011: Operation 'ins' on FOLDER has failed
RME-00222: Failed to dispatch operation to Repository

Any help greatly appreciated
