I have created a custom function and it works fine using sql navigator, but I now want to access this function through a unix script.
Do I need an export command or some other include command to be able to use this function?

Thanks.

I dont think so.
Just call the sql the same way as you call in SQL*navigator.

Well, I'm getting an error message: identifier "custom_function_name" must be declared
