Hi Neetha,
The Mile stones of the Implementing the 11i Financials are
1) Go LIVE for GL.
This is the First and the Mandantory milestone.
Everything is dependent on the GL only.
2) Then go for AP or AR (You can go for any one of them or both depending upon your organization need)
3) Then last the Cash Management.
