We are implementing Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules in one of the leading pharmaceutical companies of Pakistan. The project scope is limited to Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Plan-to-Build (PTB) business processes. We are successful in Go-Live with PTP and OTC using OPM Inventory and OPM Financials with Standard Costing Method and OPM Family Pack J. As per the project plan we have to Go-Live with PTB latest by 1st week May 2005.
We had initiated setup of TEST SEVER for PTB on the 23rd February 2005, on successful completion of setup the real-life business cycle (from entering Forecast to creating OPM subsidiary ledger) was performed. We had come across following error:
After MRP run. MRP Bucketed, MRP Material and MPS Material Bucketed Inquiries are showing wrong calculations. The “demand” is taken from the Forecast while “supply” is suggested through Planned Production Orders. The quantity suggested for production is without considering the Quantity on Hand.
