*Experience in customization and implementation of Oracle ERP Applications 11i.
*Familiarity with application modules (e.g. HR/GL/AP/AR).
*Understanding of AOL and table structures in Oracle Apps.
*Understanding of custom development methodologies and Oracle Applications data model.
*Experience in designing and developing interfaces, and customizations.
*Experience in developing new or customizing standard Oracle Apps Reports using Report 6i.
*Strong SQL skills.
*Minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle Tools (Forms 6i, Reports 6i, PL/SQL,SQL*Plus, SQL*Loader, Discoverer, Workflow Builder).
*Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Please keep in mind that HR/Payroll and Oracle Report Writer (Oracle 6i) experience is a must.
