Position: Oracle 11i Applications Development Manager
Location: Framingham, Massachusettes (Greater Boston area)
Industry: Manufacturing
Salary Range: 80-120K-maybe more depending on experience.
Relocation assistance is provided.
*The selected candidate must be willing to do up to 40% travel including some
international travel for up to 3-4 weeks at a time.

*Description:
Excellent opportunity for a strong technical candidate to lead the development and implementation
of a global Oracle Order Management solution.
The Technical Development Manager will work closely with senior level staff within the
organization to develop and to implement strategic system solutions for the business.
He/she will provide hands-on technical direction to the global development team,
as well as manage and participate in the technical development and implementation of
Oracle Order Management, Inventory and Financials.
MUST have strong technical skills..will not be required to do day-to-day coding, but may
be required to "roll up the sleeves" on occasion.
*Requirements:
-BA or BS Degree required.
-This company wants a candidate with enough tenure at a company to have manged
the whole Oracle implementation cycle.
-10+ years of systems development experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
-Demonstrated ability to manage a global development team.
-Previous experience working with the Oracle Application suite, specifically Oracle 11i.
-Hands on development experience using JSP, JAVA, PL/SQL and Forms expertise.
in web-based application development to build a scalable, configurable software application.
-Strong relationship and communication skills Ability to interact effectively with internal
and external customer base.
-40% International travel required with extended stays.
-MUST be- a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
