I am developing application using MS Access as front end and connected to Oracle database. I run into scenario wherein there is a master-detail relationship between two oracle tables and each has their own primary keys. I need a sample code to get the next value of the sequence for master and detail table and how to assign the master sequence to the detail table when save is made.

e.g. Select master_seq_id.nextval
Into ...
From dual
