We receive the csv dump for the entire database (consisting 23 tables ) approx 200 MB from the third party daily.

What is the best way to import these csv files into our database.

The csv file may contain the changes in only one record of the entire table, so it is not a good idea to delete and import the entire table again.

Please suggest.

You could try using a 3rd party utility to compare the .csv files from the previous day and generate a result set and only import the result. I have not personally tried this method, but here is a link to help you.
