Hello,

is there a chance to upgrade the oracle standard edition 8.1.7 with the feature of function-based index without upgrading to enterprise edition ?

Function-based indexes are feature of the Enterprise Edition. It doesn't exists in the Standard Edition.

There is no such posibility..
