Hi,
Let me not confuse this. I'll make the question simpler. After default installation when you try connect to any database as system/manager( or whatever the password) and connect as 'SYSDBA' or as 'SYSOPER', we always get the message 'insufficient privileges'. How do we rectify this?

Never mind. I've a bunch of documentation on this. I should be able to work this out.
