Hello - Does anyone have a preference on where to install the Oracle binaries/Oracle home, whether it is on internal disk or on a SAN? Can you give the pros/cons between the too? This is 9.2 installation on AIX.

Thanks in advance, lps

Hi,

I don't think it matters much either way. If you databases are on the SAN, you can just as well put your Oracle binaries on it.

Best regards.
