Hi Guys,
I am new to scripting with database.
I have to write a script to get the data from user & store it in to the table.
can anybody suggest me how to do this?
If you have sample script will do.

If the file is coming as a flat file you can use SQL*loader to load into a table.
Look into tahiti.oracle.com for various option son SQL*loader to load the file, if it is coming in a flat file
