Can anybody help me out in executing an oracle sql script through unix using a nohup command.

One Method:

In myscript.ksh:
#make sure to add all your environment variables
sqlplus system/manager @mysql.sql

In mysql.sql:
sql statement
exit

At the unix prompt:
./myscript.ksh nohup
