hello All,
the above version of apps runs on the RULE based optimizer. Do the table and indexes therefore need to be analyzed. Any information would be appreciated.

Hi,

As I understand one needs to collect statistics even if the optimizer_mode is RULE (both 10.7 & 11.0) as some of the code may have cost based hints in it.
