can not log in after installing Ora Apps 11.5.9 [message #95664]

after installing ora apps 1.5.9 (windows version), I can not log in with following user name and password

SYS/change_on_install

System/manager

Applmgr/XXX

who can help me? Any words would be greatly appreciated !!!

Try giving the host name also
applmgr/xxxx@vis
