Hi All,
A quick tour into my background.I am an Oracle DBA(Junior)(Certified 9i)working for a medical organization dealing with tonnes of data on daily basis.I am looking to supplement my knowledge and make my way into the world of ERP.
Can someone suggest what would be the best thing to do.
I know it's a broad topic. I am looking for answers to questions like

(1) Is there anything like a 11i DBA ?
(2) What would be the best thing to do which will aggrandize my current skills as a DBA.
(3)I am looking for a position that will involve DBA work integrated with Oracle ERP stuff.
