I'm working on a project to provide a user friendly interface that allows its users to create & maintain their own databases identified by they user name & password the wish to use.

I've managed to create new users, but cannot find any help on how to create a new database(schema) in Oracle. Also i'd like to use a DSN-less connection to support dynamic connection. Please suggest a solution.
