Is anyone answer me how to open the eps extension file.

I got some tips that .eps can be open with Acrobad Distiller. I downloaded that software but i still not able to open that .EPS file. Is anyone help me . I'll be personally thankfull to them.
Or if anyone has other ideas then let me know please
