Hi
Im searching for a tool where I can create Ad-Hoc table to get a quick-start in data registration.
Does anyone know about a user friendly Web-based Development tool to create tables, add columns, and forms on tables top of that with full data-validation possibility.

Hi Björn
I will suggest you Developer 6i (forms6i and reprots6i) from Oracle. This is web enabled we well as much faster tool on the web than other tools available.
I too working on this tool for the last two years..i have also worked on like java,c++.... but i liked Developer as the fastest and least coding activity.
