Hi,

   Can we use if condition to develop a contol file in SQL Loader.If yes can i know what is the syntax and an example.

Yes, look at the WHEN clause. This is documented in the Oracle Utilities Users Guide. Also see http://www.orafaq.com/faqloadr.htm#SELECTIVE
