Hi ,

By mistake my Tablespace got deleted from the Enterprise Manager. But the Datafile is still there under oradata. Is there any way to get back the Tablespace back again.

Yes, you must restore the tablespace from backup and recover the tablespace. It is easy if you do backup with RMAN.
