analyze table A COMPUTE statistics;
analyze table B COMPUTE statistics;
..
analyze table Z COMPUTE statistics;

select table_name||',' from user_tables where num_rows > 0;

Put that into a parfile and then specify "exp ... parfile=myparfile.par"
