The following error ocured while installing Oracle9i on Windows 2000 Advanced Server ::

There was an error during loading library : w32RegQueries

Please advice any solution.It's Urgent

information is insufficient.
Can u check for alert logs or installation logs or event viewers for any more specific errors?

I Installed the oracle 9.1.2 and connected to the system. without sid its connecting(ex. conn system/manager) but with sid (system/manager@orcl) is not connect to the database and it doesn't show any message. whats the problem? how can i rectify that? please help me
