make sure the oracle Client Products (SQL*Net client and Required Support Files)are installed or if you
have done so already, make sure the ORACLE_HOMEBIN
directory is on the DOS path.
still im not getting a complete picture..
the tnsnames naming methods are sligtly different for
below 8i and 8i , above versions or oracle
