Hi!

I saw that Oracle 9.02 doesn't support the "on update cascade" constraint. What is the easiest way to achieve such a basic feature?

ORACLE 8i / 9i DOES NOT SUPPORT on update cascade.
There are some Custom-Built snippets available to do this ( which is generic, applicable to all tables).
I can send you one, if you need it~
