Got the following message at the time of startup.

Oracle instance running on a system with low open file
descriptor limit. Tune your system to increase this
limit to avoid severe performance degradation.

Hi,

Contact your Unix Systems Administrator and request
him/her to increase the "Open Files" Kernel
parameter.
