hi all, can anyone pls explain  autoallocate,uniform size, space management auto,manual and i'd also like to know when smon coalesec the free space keeping percent increase in view.

Regarding smon coalescing free space, it does automatically periodically when PCTINCREASE is non-zero , which is not recommended anyway as it causes fragmentation. It is recommended to have PCTINCREASE always to Zero.
Using Locally managed tablespaces with UNIFORM extent sizes eliminates tablespace fragmentation totally.
