Is there any way to drop more than one table at a time..

drop user ... cascade will drop more than 1 table using a single statement.
You could generate a script by coding a

set heading off
set linesize 200
set pagesize 0
set echo off
set feedback off
spool drop_them.sql
select 'drop table '||table_name||';'
from   all_tables
where  table_name like 'Idontknow%'
/
spool off
@drop_them
