I want to create an audit:
a- I need to create a table to keep all the needed information
b- I need to audit a certain table 'emp' for DML actions (inserts, updates, deletes)
c- I needto know
Who's done the action?
When the action was done?
What was the previous value?
Any hints, please?

1. enable auditing with intialization parameter AUDIT_TRAIL.
2. use audit command to choose specific auditing
