Good morning - I can't get to MOS any more. I reach a Welcome screen telling me that "The enhanced My Oracle Support is LIVE!" but whatever I do next I end up seeing nothing other than old TARs. I'll attach screen shots. Am I just being stupid? Or is it like this for everyone?

Aaargh! Get the same thing and for the moment can't find a way to get back to the previous view.

Surely their new AI can find everything you're looking for?
And sort out the fixes for you. It's good at that

They've changed all the Doc IDs! For example, Doc ID 3090544.1 is now KB179986. The old Doc IDs aren't searchable. If you search for NEWS20 you'll find an article that is totally unapologetic about this.
OK, so I'm an old man and so of course I say "It's new therefore it's bad". But in this case, it certainly is. Mad

Was it you who gave NEWS20 the 1 star review?
Now as a data architect I would have added a new ID if one was really, really needed but left the old one alone. Maybe I'm just odd.

Quite. Isn't it un-bloody-believable? My guess is that they gave the development work to some straight-out-of-college RAD practitioner who thinks that anything resembling formal methods is 20th century obstructionism. User acceptance testing? No way! Just deploy it and see what people say.

My epitaph will be "Devops: The root of all evil".
