Hi,

I am trying to install Oracle 19C rac from scratch on RHEL 9.5 by Silent Instllation method.
Could you please help me with Document id and full procedure, from scratch, how to take up this installation on 2 nodes cluster?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
Before attempting to answer the question, may I ask you what level your understanding of Oracle is? That will help with framing an answer. I am concerned because the minimum qualification (or equivalent experience) one would need for this task is Oracle Certified Professional. The fact that the Database 19.x and Grid Infrastructure 19.x are not yet certified against Linux 9.x may mean that there is no install easy guide. Not that anything to do with DB and GI is easy.

Thanks John,

I am Oracle 19c Certified Professional and holding approximately 17 years into Production Support on various Banks.
Due to certain compliance reasons, I am asked to do CLI RAC installation on 2 nodes & 4 nodes with GG. GUI is not allowed.

Now I have to justify, to get GUI enabled on vSphere, what is technically GUI can achieve which CLI can not.

OK, thanks for explaining. I don't think you'll find a document describing the process (specially not for a non-certified platform). However, if you unzip the GI home you will find template response files, in $GI_HOME/inventory/response. I would try grd_install.rsp it is pretty well documented and should give you a good start.
