Hi,

After OS patch (which requires database restart), I am not able to login to the database using sys user with sqlplus.
I get the below error when I login to the database.
ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied
Could someone please let me know the cause of the issue.

FYI- OS patch will install only latest version of the package and it will also update kernel parameters.
